DTMF<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-content-2971\" class=\"jet-toggle__content\" data-toggle=\"1\" role=\"region\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><p>Starting December 16, <em>Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> forwards to the DTMFs the PTEM compliance notice applications.<\/p><p>Applications received between December 1 and 15 inclusive are processed between December 16 and February 27.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">When the number of positions available in the PTEM of a sub-area which candidates have marked as their first choice is lower than or equal to the number of applications received for that sub-area, no selection is carried out, and the DTMF has to issue the compliance notice.<\/span><\/p><p>When the number of applications received for a sub-area exceeds the number of positions available in that sub-area\u2019s PTEM, all applications are evaluated by the DTMF. This evaluation must comply with the following selection process.<\/p><h3>Examples<\/h3><p><strong>1. There are more applicants than positions \u2013 selection by interview:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>15 candidates apply with RLS de Verdun as their first choice<\/li><li>RLS de Verdun has 7 PTEMs available<\/li><li>ALL candidates are interviewed<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\" jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-2972\" class=\"jet-toggle__control elementor-menu-anchor\" data-toggle=\"2\" role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"jet-toggle-content-2972\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__label-icon jet-toggle-icon-position-right\"><span class=\"jet-toggle__icon icon-normal jet-tabs-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"jet-toggle__icon icon-active jet-tabs-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/div><div class=\"jet-toggle__label-text\">Initial period for processing of compliance notice applications <\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-content-2972\" class=\"jet-toggle__content\" data-toggle=\"2\" role=\"region\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><ul><li>December 16, 2025 to February 27, 2026<\/li><li>From December 16, <em>Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> relays the applications received to the DTMFs of the regions selected by the candidate.<\/li><li>On January 30, 2026, all DTMFs respond to applicants in writing, confirming the area corresponding to their first or second choice, offering another sub-area that has remained vacant, or informing them that their application has been denied.<\/li><li>Candidates must have responded to the DTMF in writing within a maximum of 5 days. These interviews are conducted in person, but could in exceptional cases be carried by videoconference , if the candidate is unable to attend in person.<\/p><p>The objectives of the interview are the following:<\/p><ul><li>Evaluate the level of knowledge of special regional features, approach carried out, reason for this choice;<\/li><li>Evaluate experience acquired, career path, achievements, challenges, and goals;<\/li><li>Find out intentions in terms of professional interests and activities envisaged;<\/li><li>Evaluate the level of knowledge of the healthcare system;<\/li><li>Evaluate personality, capabilities and behaviour through scenarios whereby the candidate can show his qualities;<\/li><li>Provide relevant information on the region;<\/li><li>Answer the candidate\u2019s questions;<\/li><li>Interviews must be conducted in keeping with the hiring conditions established by the provincial human rights and youth rights commission.<\/li><\/ul><p>WARNING!\u00a0Questions should be asked about your interest in patient management, and not about your interest in a specific clinic.
