Resident doctors on fellowships\/training in advanced competencies holding a permit to practise from the Coll\u00e8ge des m\u00e9decins du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> can obtain authorization to perform medical activities in any region without holding a compliance notice (Article 3.09 of the Special Agreement).<\/p>

Resident doctors holding such authorization must perform activities included in the list of specific medical activities (AMPs) that the territorial directorate of general medicine (DTMF) has made available in the geographical area where they wish to practise. They are then deemed to have signed on to AMPs.<\/p>

Note that those taking advantage of this authorization do not accumulate practice days for the purposes of calculating a first year of practice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
