In order for you not to be penalized, we have negotiated, last February, an agreement with the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS) that allows you to carry forward your vacation and conference or study leave.<\/p><p><b>Since the agreement has been ratified very recently, the establishments have not yet received the RAMQ newsletter. It is therefore possible that some of them are not aware of this new agreement.<\/b><\/p><p>It provides for the following amendments to the collective agreement:<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"><strong>Article 25.01<\/strong>: That up to 20 vacation days that were to be taken between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022, may be carried forward to the 2022-2023 academic year.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Article 25.07<\/strong>: That establishments may pay up to 30 vacation days to residents completing or abandoning their training between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023.<\/p><p><strong>Article 13.02<\/strong>: That up to 7 days&rsquo; release for conferences that were to be taken between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022, may be carried forward to the 2022-2023 academic year.<\/p><p><strong>Article 13.05<\/strong>: That up to 10 days&rsquo; study leave that were to be taken between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022, may be carried forward to the 2022-2023 academic year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5d378c6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5d378c6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a2e068c\" data-id=\"a2e068c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4091857 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4091857\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">You Also Have the Possibility of Converting Your Vacation Days to monetary Compensation<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f928a6b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f928a6b\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-614491f\" data-id=\"614491f\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-154f551 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"154f551\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It will also be possible, following the government&rsquo;s adoption of a ministerial order that applies to all personnel in the Health and Social services sector, to request payment for unused weeks of vacation, under certain conditions.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">The federation has just been informed by the MSSS that the RAMQ will be sending the following information to the establishments:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&ldquo;Excess annual vacation days can be paid for this year.
