But for that, it is still necessary to give them a place in their own right without condition of unfair or discriminatory practice as, very unfortunately, the government proposes with in particular article 392 of the bill and other provisions which limit the professional autonomy of physicians.<\/p><p>This is what the FMRQ has expressed, among other issues, at the April 19 2023 Parliamentary Commission on Bill 15, an act to make the health and social services system more effective (in French only).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
