The New 2021-2028 Collective Agreement Is Now in Effect

- The new 2021-2028 collective agreement in its entirety. To help you quickly spot changes, we have highlighted new articles added since the previous agreement, as well as amended articles.
- A summary of the main new features of the agreement, including brief explanations, further details, and background, notably concerning:
- salary increases;
- new optional rest period to break the long workday sequences;
- some new benchmarks for taking leave;
- a new type of paid voluntary call duty;
- new scales for reimbursement of expenses.
A list of other changes that have been made to the provisions of the agreement are also listed at the end of the summary.
An Interpretation Guide for the New Collective Agreements Coming Soon
