About this event
Each year, we organize a conference on a different theme, such as personal finance management (2019), residency-life balance (2021), on the staff physician-resident doctor relationship (2022), on stress management and burnout prevention (2023), on fatigue (2024) or on how the healthcare system sickens healthcare professionals (2025). The symposium takes place virtually in the morning.

Then, in the afternoon, there will be numerous activities organized by the associations. There will be something for everyone, in Montreal, Sherbrooke, Quebec City, and elsewhere, in virtual mode or in person.

During this Day, you are considered to be present within the meaning of the 75% rule.
Medical Resident Day is held on the occasion of the General Assembly meeting, called pursuant to Article 5 of the Collective Agreement, for which resident doctors are released.
