Directory of resources
Ressources
Resident doctors have access to different resources that can assist them in a situation of intimidation or harassment from which they have difficulty removing themselves, as in when the harasser is in a position of authority and is responsible for evaluating the resident in question.
To help victims of harassment and intimidation initiate steps to help them get out of these situations, we have produced a directory that presents the resources available in each medical faculty, and outside the training sites, in particular at the Quebec Physicians’ Health Program (QPHP) and the Fédération des médecins résident·e·s du Québec (FMRQ). You may also contact your Association’s vice-president for wellness or your delegate colleagues, as necessary.
There are solutions, but you alone can take action.
Wellness is in your hands! Stay attuned.
