In 2019, we adopted a policy to guide our actions. In line with this policy, we have offset 100% of our CO2 emissions for the 2019-2020 academic year. To achieve this, we purchased Carbone boréal carbon credits that were used to plant 603 trees north of Lac Saint-Jean, NatureLab.World carbon credits to fund a reforestation project in Mexico, and, finally, carbon credits from Carbone Scol’ERE, which puts on workshops for elementary school children throughout Quebec, to stimulate the adoption of ecoresponsible lifestyles.
